This meetup is designed for anyone who is interested in learning more about how to grow organic search traffic. The fundamental building blocks of an SEO campaign will be shared, with real case studies! Monica Boerckel has been helping clients harness the power of search results for over 5 years. During that time, she has worked with a variety of small businesses and is passionate about helping entrepreneurs succeed. She is the founding member of City Chic SEO, a boutique SEO firm. She offers non-sleazy SEO services for small businesses and works with clients to create cohesive SEO strategies that help support other marketing efforts.

151 Locust is hosting a Quickbooks workshop featuring guest speaker Ryan McGee of The McGee CPA Group. This workshop is geared towards beginners to intermediates with a Q&A at the end.

Ryan C. McGee, CPA is the principal of The McGee CPA Group, P.C. The firm, founded in November 2004, was
spawned out of a vision and dream he would seek to fulfill while still a student in college.
He has been a QuickBooks Pro Advisor since 2008, and is certified on versions 2008 – 2010.

Mr. McGee is a native of Hattiesburg, MS and graduated from Morehouse College with a Bachelor of Business
Administration (with a concentration in Accounting).

He is a member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, from which he was chosen to be a member of the “highly prestigious” Leadership Academy Class of 2004. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and has joined the Tax Section of the organization.

Making a successful and profitable exit is the goal for most entrepreneurs and investors. In this session you will learn from a successful entrepreneur the ins and outs of planning for your exit and some pitfalls to avoid.

151 Locust founder Ed Rieker is an Atlanta-based serial entrepreneur who has been the founder or co-founder of several successful Atlanta-based startup companies. Two of which were acquired by public companies. He has served on the staff of the Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC) as a Venture Catalyst, is currently serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence at ATDC and holds weekly office hours available by appointment.

Mr. Rieker is a co-inventor of the 1998 patent for an "Automated System and Method for Providing Real-Time Verification of Health Insurance Eligibility." He received his MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.

He is also the current Mayor of Avondale Estates, Georgia where he lives with his wife and daughter.

Congratulations to the Museum school for the approval! Last night we were able to host a shindig to celebrate, and what a turn out! Over 200 people showed up to show their support. See the party pics here.
